By accepting the invitation to serve as a Member of the Advisory Board or Judging Panel of NIGERIA Technology Awards (NiTA), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION
Your participation as an Advisory Board or Judging Panel Member is Voluntary and Honorary, aimed at supporting the Credibility, Transparency, and Integrity of NIGERIA Technology Awards (NiTA).

2. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to provide Independent, Objective, and Professional input in the Screening, Evaluation, and Advisory processes relating to the awards, including but not limited to Nomination Review, Category Recommendations, and Voting or Advisory Consultations where applicable.

3. CONFLICT OF INTEREST
You agree to disclose any potential conflicts of interest that may arise during the evaluation process and to refrain from participating in the review or decision-making of entries where such conflicts exist.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY
All nomination materials, evaluation records, and internal communications related to the awards process shall be treated as confidential and must not be disclosed to any third party without the express consent of the Awards Organizers.

5. PUBLIC PROFILE PUBLICATION
By accepting this invitation, you consent to the publication of your Name, Professional Title, Profile Photograph, and Short Biography on the official NIGERIA Technology Awards (NiTA) Website, Publications, and Event Materials as part of the Advisory Board or Judging Panel listing.

6. USE OF NAME AND AFFILIATION
You grant permission for NIGERIA Technology Awards (NiTA) and Beta MEDIA Group to Reference your Name, Professional Designation, and Affiliation Solely for the purpose of identifying you as an Advisory Board or Judging Panel Member in Official Communications, Publicity Materials, and Award Documentations.

7. NON-COMMERCIAL ENGAGEMENT
Your role does not constitute employment, partnership, or financial entitlement unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Awards Organizers.

8. TERM OF ENGAGEMENT
Your appointment shall remain valid for the period communicated in your Invitation Letter, subject to Renewal or Modification at the discretion of the Awards Organizers.

9. ORGANIZER’S RIGHTS
The NIGERIA Technology Awards (NiTA) Organizers (Beta MEDIA Group) reserves the right to amend processes, Restructure Advisory Roles, or Revoke Membership where necessary to preserve the Integrity and Credibility of the Awards.

10. CONSENT AND ACCEPTANCE
By proceeding with the acceptance of this invitation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above.
